Role Overview
The Contract and E-commerce Coordinator role is full-time and based in Ebene. The position entails maintaining and updating e-commerce platforms, managing communications, handling supplier contracts, and ensuring data accuracy within the company’s systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately updating product details, pricing, and promotional content on e-commerce platforms.
- Efficiently managing daily email correspondences.
- Preparing and updating special offers and important trade communications from accommodation suppliers on the internal server.
- Reviewing supplier contracts to verify completeness and compliance against a standard checklist before entering rates into the systems, ensuring precise loading.
- Performing thorough quality checks and testing of system data to guarantee 100% accuracy and error-free rate information.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate sales data, booking patterns, and performance metrics from contracts.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and global partners.
- Relevant experience in managing e-commerce operations, contracts, or within travel and hospitality sectors considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in office software such as spreadsheets, CRM or booking platforms, and e-commerce systems is preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organization, and the capability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Educational background: Diploma or degree in Business, Tourism Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum education
Diploma / ITI / Vocational
