Content Producer

About the Role

The Media Studios at Manthan, Mohali Campus, part of Chandigarh University's HR Department located in Lucknow, is looking for a versatile and innovative professional to join as an Anchor Writer Producer. This role integrates storytelling, on-camera hosting, and comprehensive content production management.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing: Conduct research and craft scripts for diverse formats including videos, documentaries, interviews, events, and digital content while ensuring engaging storylines and consistent brand voice in collaboration with creative leads.
• Anchoring: Present videos, interviews, talk shows, and events with confident articulation and engaging presence, facilitating natural and meaningful conversations with guests and participants.
• Producing: Oversee projects end-to-end, from ideation through to delivery, coordinating with filming and post-production teams, managing logistics and schedules, and maintaining alignment between scripts and final outputs adhering to high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in anchoring, content writing, production, or digital storytelling roles.
• Strong fluency in both English and Hindi, effective communication skills both written and spoken.
• Dynamic and confident screen presence with excellent presentation capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of content across social media, branding, corporate films, and interviews.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership qualities with a detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive approach.

Preferred Background

• Experience working in production houses, digital studios, media agencies, journalism, or broadcasting.
• Familiarity with the processes spanning pre-production, production, and post-production.
