About The Role

Swish Breaks is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Content Producer/Manager passionate about sports and the trading card hobby. This role demands ownership of the entire content creation lifecycle—from generating ideas and scriptwriting to filming and capturing live streamer reactions tied to current sports events. Ability to identify moments and transform them into engaging content is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage a comprehensive content strategy across multiple social media platforms.
• Produce high-quality video and photographic content in studio environments, live events, card shows, and games.
• Respond promptly to sports developments such as games, trades, or viral highlights by creating timely and on-brand content within minutes or hours.
• Stay informed on trends within the trading card community, including new releases, market fluctuations, and important prospects, to generate resonant collector-focused content.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams, talent, and operations to synchronize content objectives with overall business goals.
• Edit, caption, and package short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.

Candidate Profile

• Comprehensive and current knowledge of major sports leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB) and the trading card hobby.
• Proficiency in filming using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, smartphones, along with appropriate lighting and audio equipment.
• Editing expertise using Premiere, CapCut, or comparable software; fast turnaround on short videos is critical.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to quickly identify content that will capture audience attention and deliver it while the moment is topical.
• At least 2 years of experience producing content for sports brands, media outlets, creators, or hobby-related businesses.
• Knowledge of leveraging AI tools for content creation and workflow enhancement, including ChatGPT for image generation and Claude for structural assistance.

Compensation

This position offers a salary of $75,000 per year.
