Role Overview
AsiaVerify is seeking a Content Marketing Executive to strengthen its content, social media, and brand visibility efforts. The position involves producing and publishing content for the website, blog, email, and social channels, overseeing the LinkedIn presence, coordinating submissions for industry awards, and contributing to wider marketing activity.
The right candidate will be a capable writer who balances creativity with precision, can juggle several projects at once, and is able to turn complex compliance, risk, and data topics into clear, engaging, and commercially useful content.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, draft, and refine blog posts, website pages, landing pages, and campaign materials.
- Write email content for nurture journeys, product announcements, and customer communications.
- Adapt existing assets into social media updates, infographics, sales collateral, and other content formats.
- Speak with internal subject-matter experts and turn their knowledge into strong content pieces.
- Keep the marketing content calendar organised and up to date.
- Make sure all content reflects the company’s brand, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Manage social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
- Plan, produce, schedule, and publish social content.
- Create executive thought-leadership content for senior leaders.
- Track channel performance and look for ways to improve reach and engagement.
- Work with internal and external designers to develop creative assets.
- Carry out keyword research to guide content planning.
- Improve blog and website content for search visibility.
- Support content audits and refresh projects.
- Monitor content results and suggest improvements where needed.
- Maintain the awards calendar and research suitable awards, rankings, and recognition opportunities.
- Coordinate award entries with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Keep supporting materials, customer stories, and evidence ready for submissions.
- Support product launches and campaigns through content and communications.
- Assist with webinars, events, and partner marketing activities.
- Manage marketing assets and content libraries.
- Provide wider marketing support on priority business projects as required.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
- Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability.
- Experience creating content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
- Good understanding of SEO basics and content optimisation.
- Prior experience managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar marketing tools.
- Strong planning skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to handle several projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Experience in B2B environments, including KYB, RegTech, or compliance.
- Desirable: experience with awards submissions or recognition programmes.
- Desirable: basic design skills using Canva or similar software.
- Desirable: use of AI tools for content creation and research.
- Desirable: familiarity with Google Analytics and content performance reporting.
- Strong storyteller with a natural flair for writing.
- Curious, commercially aware, and self-driven.
