Role Overview
The position involves developing and enhancing content governance structures specific to Bilibili’s international markets. This includes crafting community guidelines, platform policies, moderation standards, and enforcement mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert content risk categories and grading metrics into precise risk detection signals, employing AI moderation systems for both real-time and offline content screening, pre-moderation, and content recall procedures.
- Lead collaboration with product and engineering teams to establish systematic content intervention tactics such as moderation protocols, feature usage limits, search and recommendation algorithm controls, regional content distribution management, labeling systems, and user education programs.
- Create and implement communication strategies targeted at creators, emphasizing policy clarity, guideline comprehension, and content creation support, including tailored support for significant international creators and key users.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years' experience in platform governance, content safety, or related trust and safety roles within content communities.
- Possession of strong expertise with large language models (LLMs) for content moderation and ecosystem governance, including experience with human-AI cooperative moderation systems.
- Proficiency in data analytics with fundamental skills in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala to independently develop dashboards.
- Excellent skills in coordinating across teams, managing multiple priorities efficiently, and openness to frequent short business travels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within global video or social platforms is highly regarded.
