Job Overview

The position of E-commerce Manager is a mid-level role with significant growth potential, managing primary online channels like Amazon targeting international markets in Europe and America. This role offers extensive learning prospects along with the unique benefit of earning revenue shares based on sales generated via managed platforms, presenting substantial financial upside.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management and expansion of the brand's catalog across European and American Amazon marketplaces.
• Analyze and report on sales metrics, customer repeat rates, advertising expenditures, product mix performance, and inventory status.
• Conduct market research to identify new online business opportunities.
• Support planning for upcoming products and coordinate special promotional activities.
• Perform competitor and market analyses to discover potential opportunities and threats.

Candidate Eligibility

The role requires applicants to have at least 1 year of professional experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in Excel and data analytics.
• Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals including positioning, promotion, and pricing strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics, market research, copywriting, Facebook advertising, and comprehensive data analysis.
• Fluent written English communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range offered is ₹480,000 to ₹690,000 annually.
