Role Overview

Are you passionate about video creation, brimming with content ideas, and enjoy storytelling through the camera? We are searching for a creative addition to our marketing team to energize our social media channels, especially our YouTube channel. The mission is to produce genuine, high-quality, and entertaining content showcasing our cooking schools, events, and daily office life.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, produce, and publish content specifically for YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to develop fresh video formats.
• Focus primarily on building and growing the YouTube channel.
• Record cooking courses, team events, and other company gatherings with your camera.
• Create various video formats, including reels, shorts, and longer YouTube videos.
• Provide behind-the-scenes looks at our locations and office environment.
• Edit, post-produce, and optimize video content for multiple platforms.
• Assist with editorial planning and organizing content schedules.
• Monitor current social media trends and contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong enthusiasm for social media, YouTube, and video content creation.
• Proficient with cameras, smartphones, and preferably drone operation.
• Experience using editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Creative mindset with an ability to identify engaging storylines.
• Self-directed and organized work habits.
• Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
• Possession of a Class B driving license is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to various company locations and events.
