Role Overview

Join Maestro Chess Academy as a Content Creator responsible for designing engaging visual content and managing social media interactions to promote chess-related activities and academy programs.

Key Tasks

• Create compelling graphics, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional banners to highlight upcoming tournaments, coaching sessions, and academy updates.
• Actively engage with the community by promptly replying to comments, messages, and questions on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube using a friendly and engaging tone.
• Capture and document live events including training sessions, student successes, tournament moments, and player stories via photos and videos.
• Develop and implement weekly content calendars featuring chess puzzles, student highlights, grandmaster quotations, and academy news to enhance audience engagement.
• Monitor social media metrics to analyze engagement and recommend strategies to improve reach and increase enrollment conversions.

Required Qualifications

• A graduate with enthusiasm or background knowledge in chess, including familiarity with chess notation, culture, or online platforms like Chess.com and Lichess.
• Skilled in design and video editing tools such as Canva, Inshot, and other common editing applications.
• Strong written communication abilities to develop clear and attractive captions and promotional materials.
• An active and knowledgeable user of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook with awareness of current social media trends.
• No age restrictions; candidates motivated to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
