Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Construction Manager based in Al Khobar to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for our facilities and infrastructure. The role requires overseeing site teams, tracking construction progress, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and managing contractors and suppliers. You will be responsible for controlling project budgets and timelines, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, and promptly addressing issues impacting the quality, cost, or scheduling of projects. Additionally, you will prepare regular progress reports, collaborate seamlessly with operations and engineering teams, and ensure projects meet scope, timing, and company quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Exhibit strong leadership and supervisory abilities to effectively manage on-site personnel and contractors.
- Possess budgeting and project control expertise for cost estimation, expenditure monitoring, scheduling, and documentation maintenance.
- Have solid knowledge in construction methods and safety procedures to enforce compliance and assure work quality.
- Experience in industrial or commercial construction is preferred, ideally within the food and beverage or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate coordination among multidisciplinary teams.
- A relevant technical or engineering degree/diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or related disciplines is required.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools is expected.
