Role Overview
The Consignment Account Manager will be tasked with nurturing and expanding relationships with Stadium Goods' top consignors to drive inventory acquisition and ensure supplier retention. Managing a portfolio of high-value consignor accounts, this role provides a personalized, premium consignment experience from onboarding through inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and serve as the primary contact for over 40 high-value consignor accounts, fostering long-term relationships through proactive and personalized communication.
- Deliver exceptional, luxury-level service ensuring consignors fully benefit from all Stadium Goods' offerings.
- Reactivate dormant suppliers and identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to boost supplier involvement and increase inventory supply, contributing to team KPIs and acquisition goals.
- Attend industry events to enhance supplier relations and represent the brand professionally.
- Prepare customized communications, including insights on products, promotions, preferred brands, and marketplace updates.
- Coordinate inventory-related activities to guarantee an efficient, end-to-end consignment process.
- Monitor consignor inventory actively, spotting chances to improve account outcomes and swiftly resolving daily issues or escalating complex matters appropriately.
- Support inventory planning through precise data gathering and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, Catalog, and Operations teams to meet consignor needs and implement business initiatives.
- Provide insights regarding supplier trends, opportunities, and challenges to drive continuous improvements within the Partner Success team.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, sales, business development, or supplier relationship roles.
- Proven track record in establishing and sustaining strong client relationships with top-tier customer service delivery.
- Exceptional organizational capacity to juggle multiple priorities within a portfolio of valuable accounts.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exhibiting professionalism and client focus.
- Comfortable working to meet inventory growth goals and performance indicators.
- Highly collaborative, adept at interfacing with diverse internal teams effectively.
- Self-driven and resourceful, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
- A passion for sneakers, streetwear, luxury fashion, or the resale industry is highly advantageous.

Additional Information
- Annual salary range at the start of employment is approximately $60,000 to $75,000, subject to factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Total compensation may include sign-on bonuses, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and additional benefits.
