Role Overview
Xeinadin is expanding its corporate services division and seeks a Company Secretarial Assistant to support its busy nationwide offices. This permanent position centers on managing company secretarial duties to ensure client compliance with relevant company laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit company secretarial documents, with emphasis on annual returns filed to the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
- Coordinate company formations and voluntary strike-off requests.
- Address routine secretarial matters including amendments to board compositions, registered office locations, and share transfers.
- Provide guidance and assistance to a diverse client base on compliance obligations under the Companies Act 2014.
- Maintain and update client company secretarial registers using Relate Company Secretary software.
- Communicate with regulatory bodies such as the CRO and Companies House, along with other stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance related to the Registrar of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) regulations.
- Draft board meeting and general meeting minutes, prepare resolutions, and complete CRO forms.
- Support senior team members and internal staff in various company secretarial functions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in compliance or corporate services roles with ambitions for progression in a professional services setting.
- Interest in pursuing a qualification from the Chartered Governance Institute.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
- Exceptional organizational skills and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
