About the Role
As a Community Manager at Windsor Communities in Kennesaw, GA, you will be entrusted with overseeing one to three properties, ensuring an exceptional living experience for current and future residents. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Support Services, and the Service Team to coordinate all facets of property management. Your main responsibilities will include financial oversight, maintaining property quality, improving resident retention, managing risk and crises, and protecting the community's reputation. Promoting a collaborative and supportive environment will be key to driving the success and expansion of the communities under your care.
Key Responsibilities
- Exemplify and instill the company’s mission, vision, and values among staff, fostering a successful work atmosphere.
- Directly manage Resident Services and Service Manager, along with indirect supervision of the broader Service Team.
- Set both immediate and future performance objectives with your direct reports to meet set benchmarks.
- Conduct comprehensive bi-weekly operations and sales meetings to provide feedback on property and sales performance.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure all direct reports complete required onboarding, ongoing training, Fair Housing, and yearly compliance courses.
- Implement strategies that control expenses, achieve revenue targets, and outperform competitors within the sub-market.
- Ensure all purchasing, vendor approvals, and invoice processing comply with the company Procurement Policy.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing resident issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of living quality in the community at all times.
- Oversee organization and execution of resident appreciation events and engagement activities.
- Manage the resident renewal program to meet retention goals.
- Provide assistance at other Windsor Communities locations as requested by the Divisional Manager.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university and at least two years of experience or training in property management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation
Hourly compensation starts at $35.62, ranging up to $44.52 based on experience, tenure, and location. Annual salary ranges from $74,000 to $92,000 accordingly.
