Communication Strategist

Position Overview

Xpresso Global is seeking a Communication Strategist who recognizes that crafting content extends beyond simple captions. It encompasses positioning, structural coherence, messaging precision, and purposeful intent. This role requires an individual who can grasp comprehensive brand narratives and effectively link them with business objectives through well-designed content systems that deliver tangible results.

Role Details

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in an agency environment capable of steering brand narratives across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include molding how brands communicate—their language, content, and rationale behind their messages. Tasks range from planning campaign messaging and content calendars to developing scripts and long-form materials, all aimed at converting strategic plans into targeted, outcome-focused communications. This opportunity is onsite in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate content strategies that align with the brand's identity and business ambitions.
• Establish tone of voice and messaging frameworks suitable for diverse audiences.
• Organize and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Produce and oversee quality copywriting for digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketing performance teams, and clients.
• Monitor content effectiveness and iteratively optimize strategies based on analytics.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 4 and 7 years of agency experience, preferably in advertising.
• Demonstrated strong skills in strategic planning and brand insight.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam with excellent communication abilities.
• Competent in juggling multiple brand projects and meeting strict deadlines.
• Must be available to work onsite in Calicut.
