Your tasks will include supporting both pre-opening and post-closing activities to keep the work area clean and organized. You will oversee inventory management, ensuring timely rotation of stock, monitoring expiry dates, and updating ingredient or equipment unavailability. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting in food and beverage preparation such as crafting pizzas and mixing drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality, appearance, and finishing of all food items align with company standards.
• Regularly taste ingredients and make necessary adjustments to uphold consistent flavor and quality.
• Manage preparation time efficiently for timely production without compromising quality.
• Skillfully operate the pizza oven to deliver optimal baking outcomes.
• Stay informed about baking techniques, recipes, and industry trends to suggest innovative improvements.
• Manage inventory through stock monitoring, physical counts, and reconciliations at closing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Completion of 10th standard or equivalent is preferred, though not mandatory.
