Responsibilities
The primary duties include diligent follow-up on overdue EMIs, conducting field visits to facilitate collections and recovery processes, maintaining daily collection records, addressing customer inquiries, and consistently meeting monthly collection targets. All activities must adhere strictly to company policies.
