Role Overview

We are searching for a true Co-Founder who will contribute capital and play an active role in shaping and scaling the company. This is a full-time, remote position involving both strategy development and execution with equity ownership as compensation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s growth strategy and long-term vision.
• Invest financial resources alongside other founders.
• Develop and manage business operations to scale the organization.
• Steer product roadmap and oversee execution.
• Attract additional funding by engaging with investors.
• Forge strategic partnerships to enhance the business.
• Guide global product launches.
• Act as a company representative with investors, partners, and clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience working with or interest in startups.
• Familiarity with AI-based products.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystem.
• Understanding of smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
• Skills in growth marketing and venture capital.

This position requires a financial investment of $5000 to demonstrate commitment and align interests between the co-founders. Financial terms will be negotiated confidentially with candidates selected for further discussion.
