Job Summary

As a Cluster Purchasing Coordinator at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, you will play a vital role in facilitating procurement and inventory management to support the hospitality experience. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring guests have memorable stays by maintaining efficient purchasing operations and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing and receiving functions by managing procurement activities, overseeing receiving processes, and controlling inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate closely with outlet managers to confirm that all purchases align with operational demands and specifications.
• Examine invoices for accuracy, address discrepancies promptly, and ensure timely payments and resolution.
• Support supplier management by obtaining competitive pricing, placing purchase orders, and monitoring deliveries to guarantee punctual receipt.
• Perform quality inspections on shipments to verify compliance with order specifications, grades, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead and develop the purchasing and receiving team by training, scheduling, and supervising clerks to enhance performance.
