Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to doctors during operating theatre procedures and treatment sessions.
• Prepare the OT room by organizing instruments and materials needed prior to procedures.
• Support doctors in dressing procedures as directed.
• Assist in patient care throughout pre-treatment, treatment, and post-treatment phases.
• Ensure the clinic adheres to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards consistently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation related to treatments.
• Keep stocks of dressing materials, medicines, and other clinical supplies replenished.
• Properly handle medical equipment and promptly report any malfunctions or issues.
• Provide guidance to patients according to doctor's directions, maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to facilitate smooth daily clinic operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of dressing applications, injections, IV assistance, and proper patient handling.
• Effective communication abilities combined with a strong eagerness to learn new skills.
• Fundamental computer skills are preferred to assist in record keeping and documentation.
