About the Role
BellaViso Medical Center, situated in Al Barsha, Dubai, seeks a qualified Accountant to enhance its financial management team. The position demands expertise in comprehensive accounting functions within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain precise day-to-day financial records including income, expenses, purchases, and payments.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and control clinic expenditures and cash flows diligently.
- Compile VAT documentation and liaise with auditors as needed.
- Manage records related to employee salaries, suppliers, and payments systematically.
- Ensure all financial paperwork is properly organized, updated, and accessible.
- Assist management with financial analysis and budget preparation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Hold an ACCA degree or certification as a minimum educational requirement.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable.
- Proficient in generating monthly financial reports, expense analyses, and bank reconciliations.
- Familiar with VAT maintenance and record-keeping.
- Comfortable using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Exhibit high attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in clinics, medical centers, or healthcare-related institutions is advantageous.
- Must possess a valid UAE residence visa.
Terms and Compensation
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Dubai. The monthly salary is AED 4000. The candidate must hold their own valid UAE residence visa to be eligible.
