Role summary

The Client Onboarding Executive acts as the primary contact for new clients and is responsible for delivering a smooth, high-quality onboarding journey. The role covers both remote and in-person onboarding activity in London for properties across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new properties across the UK and Ireland through a mix of remote calls and face-to-face meetings in London.
• Build strong early relationships with clients so trust is established from the start of the partnership.
• Support clients step by step through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless handover.
• Set up client profiles, including property information and required service details.
• Explain Houst’s services and tools clearly, and provide the training needed to get clients started.
• Handle early-stage questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales and operations to support efficient service delivery.
