Overview
This role involves handling data entry responsibilities in the Appraisers Office. The individual will support the Property Tax Clerk by conducting field surveys to collect data, professionally engage with customers, and address and resolve issues by providing exemplary customer service to Ottawa County residents, community members, and other departments or agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks diligently within the Appraisers Office.
- Assist the Property Tax Clerk by conducting field surveys to collect relevant property data.
- Interact courteously and professionally with customers to resolve concerns effectively.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Ottawa County residents, community members, and collaborating departments or agencies.
- Carry out clerical and specialized tasks regarding the identification and listing of personal property in Ottawa County for taxation, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
