Role overview

This is a permanent cleaning position based onsite in Donegal Square South, Belfast. The role is scheduled for Monday to Friday, from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm, totalling 12.5 hours each week.

The pay rate is £12.71 per hour, along with employee benefits.

Key duties

• Keep cleaning tools and equipment clean, properly maintained, and safe to use while meeting agreed service standards.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of the assigned cleaning area, the required timings, and the cleaning materials and chemicals used on site, always following health and safety rules.
• Complete any training needed to perform the cleaning duties effectively.
• Work well as part of a team and also be comfortable taking initiative independently.
• Maintain constructive relationships with customers and consistently provide excellent service, looking for opportunities to improve and exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Basic ability to read and communicate in English.
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience is required.
• Previous cleaning background is preferred, though not essential, and candidates should be adaptable.
