Job Overview

This permanent position as a Cleaner is based in Swords, Dublin and offers both day and night 8-hour shifts, across any 5 days within a 7-day schedule. The starting pay rate is €14.80 per hour with additional benefits included.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning equipment to ensure it is tidy, safe to use, and adheres to all service level agreements.
• Develop a thorough understanding of assigned cleaning zones, schedules for tasks, and proper usage of cleaning supplies and chemicals while adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Complete all mandatory training essential to perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Collaborate within a team environment while also confidently working independently when necessary.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and continuously looking to improve performance above expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic proficiency in reading and communicating in English.
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should be flexible and adaptable in their approach to the role.
• Must demonstrate honesty, motivation, and determination.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and professionalism are essential attributes.
