Role overview
As a Janitorial associate at Walmart Supercenter #553 in Slidell, Louisiana, you will help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe. The work covers a wide range of areas, from the parking lot and restrooms to the receiving area.
Compensation
The hourly pay for this role ranges from $19 to $32. The final hourly rate will meet or be above the legally required minimum wage for the job location. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or work assigned, extra premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply, and more than one premium may be paid when multiple conditions are met.
