Civil Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer with proficiency in AutoCAD and practical expertise in road levelling, site execution, measurement taking, estimation, and management of flooring projects. The role involves supervising sites, performing precise measurements, preparing quantity estimations, drafting BOQs, and coordinating project activities to ensure high-quality civil and flooring work delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to project locations to obtain exact site measurements aligned with project criteria.
• Determine material and work quantities based on precise site data.
• Develop detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and statements of material requirements.
• Create comprehensive cost estimates and quotations derived from site analysis and project demands.
• Collaborate with sales teams to agree on product quantities and pricing details.
• Design and revise AutoCAD drawings to reflect site measurements when necessary.
• Engage in discussions with customers, contractors, and site engineers to clarify technical needs.
• Track quotation progress and offer technical support to clients as required.
• Keep organized records of site measurements, BOQs, quotation documents, and project specifics.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Possession of a Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience spanning 1 to 4 years in AutoCAD drafting/design and civil construction is preferred.
• Candidates familiar with construction materials, building interiors, waterproofing, or construction chemicals will be given preference.
