Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chocolate Maker to join our team at Pascal Le Boulanger, located in Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury, Quebec, Canada. This full-time role requires working on site with no remote work options. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years but less than three years of experience, with educational background equivalent to College/CEGEP or comparable practical experience. Fluency in French is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough for various baked products including pies, breads, rolls, and sweet goods, and mix batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
- Create icings and frostings following recipes or specific client requests.
- Apply frostings and decorate cakes and other baked items to meet quality and presentation standards.
Minimum education
Diploma / ITI / Vocational
