Role Overview

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join as a full-time onsite leader in the Greater Nagpur Area. The CTO will direct BroDoo’s technology vision and its implementation. This leadership position will manage the software development teams, establish the technology roadmap, and guarantee that the platform's architecture and infrastructure scale effectively with customer demands. The role requires close collaboration with product, operations, and business teams to convert strategic goals into effective technical solutions and rollout plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide engineering best practices for software development.
• Manage technology projects, allocate resources efficiently, and oversee system performance and security.
• Promote continuous enhancement of development processes.
• Hire, mentor, and retain skilled technical personnel while fostering a cooperative and inclusive engineering environment.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software development and system architecture focused on building scalable, secure, and dependable platforms.
• Strong project management skills including planning, prioritization, and delivering complex technology projects.
• Expertise in IT strategy, particularly aligning technology investments with business objectives and long-term expansion.
• Hands-on background in product development, involving collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to define, develop, and refine digital products.
• Proven leadership in engineering or technical teams within startup or fast-growth contexts, particularly SaaS or operationally centered platforms.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively and make well-informed trade-offs in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Academic qualification at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field, or comparable real-world expertise.
