About the Role
ES Healthcare Centre is looking for a senior strategy executive to help steer the company’s long-range direction. In this fully remote United States role, you will own the design and delivery of the corporate strategy, uncover new growth paths, support enterprise transformation, and keep priorities aligned across the organization.
This position is intended for a highly analytical, collaborative leader with deep experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, market expansion, and executive-level leadership. You will work closely with senior leaders to influence major decisions, accelerate growth, strengthen competitive position, and build durable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and deliver the organization’s long-term strategy in line with business goals, market potential, and growth priorities.
- Work with the executive team to shape strategic direction and turn company goals into practical enterprise programs.
- Own the enterprise planning cycle, including annual plans, long-term plans, and business performance reviews.
- Analyze market shifts, competitor activity, customer needs, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Drive company-wide strategic programs that improve performance, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
- Assess new business opportunities, partnerships, market entry plans, and innovation initiatives that support scalable growth.
- Create strategic models, business cases, financial analyses, and scorecards to track execution and outcomes.
- Partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Customer Success, Human Resources, and other teams to maintain alignment.
- Lead transformation efforts by coordinating cross-functional execution, change management, and prioritization of resources.
- Build executive reporting structures that give visibility into strategic initiatives, company performance, and business impact.
- Share recommendations, growth opportunities, and performance insights with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, business strategy, consulting, corporate development, business operations, or executive leadership.
- Strong history of building and executing enterprise strategies that deliver growth, operational excellence, and organizational change.
- Advanced capability in strategic planning, business analysis, market evaluation, financial modeling, competitive strategy, and organizational development.
- Experience leading complex strategic programs across multiple functions in large or fast-scaling organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, executive influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic judgment, and problem-solving ability with a data-backed approach to decision-making.
- Experience using business intelligence tools, enterprise planning platforms, financial analysis systems, performance management tools, and executive reporting solutions.
- Ability to manage several high-priority strategic initiatives while shaping organizational priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Background
- Executive leadership experience in technology, SaaS, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, professional services, or another growth-focused industry.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation, market expansion, corporate development, organizational scaling, or strategic growth programs.
- Exposure to global or multi-regional business environments.
- Proven success working with executive teams and boards on long-term strategy and performance improvement.
