Role Overview
The Chief People Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive people and culture strategies aligned with business goals. Leading the people team from the ground up, this position involves partnering with company founders to shape organizational structure and drive scaling efforts across markets in the United States and Europe. You will also oversee all people-related aspects of acquisitions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the people and culture strategy for the organization end to end.
- Establish and manage the people operations team starting from an early-stage foundation.
- Collaborate with founders on organizational design and manage the expansion process across US and European markets.
- Lead the management of employees during acquisitions and integration phases.
Candidate Profile
- A passionate builder of workplace culture beyond administrative HR functions.
- Experience working with operational and frontline workforces such as hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
- Preferably with a background in companies renowned for strong workplace cultures.
- Senior-level hands-on experience with motivation derived from fast-paced business growth.
- Proven ability to manage a multi-national workforce across the US and Europe.
