Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations across our US team and Pakistan-based operations. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this hands-on role demands active leadership in managing teams, addressing challenges, enhancing systems, and ensuring exceptional client and employee experiences. This position is pivotal for transforming Run It Remote into a scalable, efficient, and professionally managed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall company operations, including international teams.
• Drive client retention and manage account performance effectively.
• Lead the rollout of new operating systems and internal tools.
• Ensure service delivery consistently fulfills client expectations.
• Recruit and oversee the US-based operations team.
• Develop and administer capital and growth strategies.
• Identify and establish new service lines as the company grows.
• Travel to overseas locations to directly manage and mentor international teams, ensuring hands-on leadership rather than remote management.

Fit and Expectations

The ideal candidate will not operate purely as a consultant but as a proactive executor. The role is unsuitable for those reliant on the CEO for all decisions, uncomfortable with accountability or difficult conversations, or lacking in the ability to implement plans robustly. Experience managing sizable teams in dynamic entrepreneurial environments, and the capacity to navigate international cultural differences, is essential. Reliance on bureaucracy or small-scale team leadership experience will hinder success in this role.
