Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Visible Editz holds a full-time remote leadership position responsible for managing daily operations and enhancing business performance across the studio environment. The COO will devise and implement operational procedures, oversee resource distribution, and ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Core duties include developing and executing strategic business initiatives, facilitating cross-team collaboration between creative, client management, and support functions, while tracking essential performance metrics. Additionally, the role involves supervising budgeting and financial health, aiding strategic decisions, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth and partnership initiatives.

On a daily basis, the COO will lead team management, streamline systems and workflows, address operational challenges, and nurture a collaborative, inclusive, and high-achieving workplace culture.

Required Qualifications

• Strong business planning and strategic leadership capabilities focused on scalability and future vision.
• Proven expertise in operations management, including process enhancement, workflow structuring, and project delivery leadership.
• Sharp analytical aptitude for data-centric decision-making, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and meeting profitability targets.
• Established senior operations or executive experience, preferably in creative, media, or digital service sectors.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated effectiveness in leading remote teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environments.
• Minimum educational credential of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or equivalent; advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.
