About the Role
This contract opportunity is for chemistry specialists at Master’s level who can support the training and improvement of advanced AI systems. The work involves using deep subject knowledge to create demanding chemistry questions, assess model responses, and contribute to the development of evaluation benchmarks for AI performance.
The role is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to complete work asynchronously from any location worldwide.

What You Will Do
- Create advanced chemistry problems covering areas such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry to thoroughly test AI capabilities.
- Write complete, well-structured solutions that explain the reasoning process step by step.
- Review AI-generated answers for correctness, scientific depth, and reasoning quality.
- Work with researchers to improve and expand benchmarks for chemistry topics ranging from undergraduate to Master’s level.
- Give clear, practical feedback that helps raise the quality of AI model outputs.
Who You Are
- You are either currently enrolled in, or have completed, a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline.
- You have strong analytical ability and can solve complex problems across advanced chemistry subjects.
- You can explain technical scientific ideas clearly in writing.
- You are thorough, methodical, and comfortable evaluating technical work in a structured way.
- You work well on your own and can manage tasks independently without close supervision.
- Previous experience in AI is not required; onboarding support will be provided.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to data annotation, quality review, or evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with large language models or AI research tools.
- Breadth of knowledge across multiple chemistry specializations.
