Role Overview

As a Centurion Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for crafting exclusive luxury travel and lifestyle experiences tailored to our Centurion Members, providing unparalleled personalized service to a privileged clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep, meaningful relationships with Centurion Members by understanding their unique preferences and consistently exceeding their expectations.
• Design and arrange bespoke high-end travel plans, secure premier dining reservations, and grant access to the rarest events.
• Continuously research luxury market trends, elite destinations, and lifestyle offerings to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Anticipate Members' needs and customize solutions to enhance the value and experience of Centurion Membership.
• Act as the primary liaison for all American Express Card-related inquiries, ranging from Card servicing to cross-enterprise support requests.
• Meet and surpass performance targets while nurturing customer loyalty and driving business growth.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A seasoned Travel Consultant or Agent with in-depth knowledge of the retail travel sector.
• Proficient in Global Distribution Systems, preferably Sabre.
• Highly driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering extraordinary client experiences.
• Detail-focused ensuring high accuracy and quality in bookings and communications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of producing professional and engaging correspondence.
• Exceptional aptitude for relationship building and inspiring confidence in Centurion Members.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and decisive mindset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of luxury products including airlines, hotels, retail, dining, theatre, fashion, sports, and exclusive events.
