Key Duties

• Warmly greets every customer to ensure a friendly shopping experience.
• Efficiently handles all purchase transactions, including merchandise deactivation as per the EAS Program.
• Promotes company initiatives such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charity campaigns.
• Provides assistance to customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
• Adheres to safe working practices including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Ensures the security and integrity of the cash register through precise cash handling, compliance with company policies, and situational awareness.
• Redirects specific service and transactional requests to the Customer Service Manager as needed.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
