Role Overview
Sharecare seeks a Care Partner to join the team supporting CareLinx, a healthcare technology platform connecting families with non-medical and in-home caregivers. The Care Partner position is vital for ensuring caregivers experience a smooth and rewarding journey on the CareLinx platform. This role involves serving as the primary contact for caregivers post-onboarding, fostering trusted relationships, and helping match caregivers to appropriate members based on skills, availability, and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews to assess alignment with CareLinx’s values and culture, representing the platform throughout the hiring process.
- Manage and negotiate caregiver job offers, including terms and delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and address caregiver questions and concerns to maintain engagement and confidence.
- Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists to ensure caregivers are well-prepared for their initial shifts.
- Train caregivers on navigating platform updates to enhance their experience and opportunities.
- Identify and engage qualified caregivers to fulfill program and member needs within deadlines.
- Coordinate with Care Advisors to plan programming requirements and activate caregivers accordingly.
- Inform caregivers about available shifts and help them meet eligibility criteria for new opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with caregivers through regular communication, serving as a resource and liaison for concerns.
- Encourage caregivers to pursue growth opportunities and keep them informed about policies, best practices, and resources.
- Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback to enhance caregiver satisfaction and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to support and engage caregivers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
- Proven skills in relationship management and dedication to excellent customer service.
- Empathetic and patient approach to addressing caregiver needs and concerns.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
