Position Overview
We are seeking a Capital Management Analyst to contribute to record-to-report cycles for capital investment management. Located in Noida and supporting ANZ shifts starting early mornings, this role involves assisting clients in capital reporting, forecasting, governance, and analysis. The analyst will collaborate with finance, project management, asset accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate capital investment tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor working capital by preparing performance reports for accounts payable, receivable, and inventory, analyzing movement drivers, and consolidating business unit data.
- Support annual capital budget planning by collecting, validating, and consolidating budget inputs and assisting with review and reporting processes.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly capital expenditure forecasting, consolidating inputs, managing forecast models, and analyzing variances.
- Administer investment approvals by maintaining trackers, ensuring documentation completeness, preparing reports, and managing governance records.
- Monitor capital project execution by tracking spend against budgets, identifying risks, supporting month-end reporting, and liaising with project teams and finance.
- Track benefits realization by maintaining trackers, comparing actual versus planned benefits, preparing analysis, and assisting post-implementation reviews.
- Produce regular capital management reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and manage data quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with capital governance including audit readiness, control checks, governance action tracking, and support for audits and process improvements.
Technical and Business Skills
- Capital expenditure reporting and financial analysis expertise
- Forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills
- Working capital performance assessment
- Proficient in investment tracking and financial reporting
- Experience with SAP, OneStream, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields is required. Candidates with CA Intermediate, CMA, CPA, or MBA in Finance are preferred. The role welcomes candidates with 2 to 9 years of relevant experience.
