Job Overview
Ciao Express Private Limited is seeking a responsible Cab Driver to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in Ludhiana, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be tasked with transporting company employees according to scheduled routes and maintaining vehicle upkeep and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport company staff following assigned schedules and routes ensuring safe pick-up and drop-off.
- Operate the vehicle responsibly, adhering strictly to traffic laws and regulations.
- Keep the vehicle clean and hygienic at all times.
- Perform daily basic inspections of the vehicle and notify HR/Admin of any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to the designated duty timetable and report punctually.
- Maintain accurate daily trip logs and relevant vehicle documentation.
- Monitor fuel consumption levels and communicate refueling needs promptly.
- Ensure all mandatory vehicle paperwork, including registration, insurance, pollution control certificate, and driver’s license, remain valid.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courteous conduct towards employees and passengers.
- Report immediately any accidents, vehicle malfunctions, or emergencies to the appropriate authority.
- Undertake additional driving-related tasks as assigned by company management.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 23,000.
