Butler Executive

Role Overview

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Butler Executive to support its luxury guest service experience in Goa. This role sits within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations function and is focused on delivering a seamless, highly personalized butler service before arrival, throughout the stay, and at departure, in line with St. Regis brand standards.

The position is part of the Butler program, which serves as a hallmark of the brand’s service philosophy. It requires a polished, service-driven professional who can anticipate guest needs, maintain exceptional standards, and coordinate effectively across departments to ensure a smooth and memorable experience.

Key Duties

• Oversee the daily delivery and overall functioning of butler services.
• Ensure a consistent and seamless guest journey across pre-arrival, in-stay, and departure touchpoints.
• Support and supervise the Butler team, including Butlers and Butler Valets.
• Coordinate closely with other hotel departments to maintain service quality and timing.
• Take part in people-management tasks such as interviewing, hiring, and scheduling Butler team members.
• Help maintain appropriate staffing levels through effective rota planning.
• Uphold brand service standards, company procedures, and workplace safety expectations.
• Maintain a professional appearance, communication style, and conduct at all times.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and business needs.

Work Expectations

This role is hands-on and physically active. Team members should be prepared to spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking, and may need to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications

The preferred educational qualification is a high school diploma or an equivalent G.E.D. certification. No prior supervisory experience is required. A related work background of 1 year is required. No license or certification is needed for this role.
