Role Summary

This position is a New Zealand-based, flexible Business and Executive Coaching opportunity. You will receive certification and comprehensive support from Focal Point International along with local leadership in New Zealand, enabling you to establish and expand an independent coaching practice under the global FocalPoint brand.

Supported by extensive educational content, training, and ongoing support, you will be responsible for developing your clientele, delivering professional executive coaching, management guidance, and tailored business coaching programs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive business experience demonstrating leadership development.

• Residency or strong intention with initial steps taken to relocate to New Zealand.
