Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic early-career sales professional with entrepreneurial drive to join our EMEA Business Development team. As a foundational team member, you will help define outbound sales strategies, influence product development, and contribute significantly to revenue generation—all while enjoying the journey.
You will focus on proactive outbound prospecting and qualifying mid-market clients within the EMEA region. The team blends a winning, strategic mindset with sales refinement. You'll play a vital role in constructing sales pipelines that support Account Executives and benefit from opportunities for internal career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain deep mastery of Notion's platform and competitive environment.
- Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns, using multi-channel and tailored messaging suited to your territory.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns aimed at regional customers.
- Apply established sales methods to engage new accounts effectively.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Contribute to developing playbooks and defining sales processes.
- Take full ownership of strategies for pipeline generation and prospecting.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to advance toward an Account Executive role capable of delivering personalized product demonstrations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in both English and Polish at a business level.
- Adaptability to thrive in fast-moving startup environments.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments.
- A competitive yet team-focused attitude.
- Past experience in sales or business development roles such as Account Executive or Sales Development Representative.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft customer-specific narratives.
- A positive mindset with eagerness to learn from challenges and navigate ambiguity.
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to integrate AI tools to enhance work quality, without requiring expert knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits
Notion offers competitive cash salaries, equity participation, and benefits packages. Compensation for this position is influenced by factors including location, role complexity, and candidate expertise. The estimated annual on-target earning for this role is approximately €70,000, combining base pay and incentive components.
