About the Role

Seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager or Business Development Manager to enhance and expand our commercial footprint in Tanzania and Kenya. This role requires relocation from India to East Africa.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to increase sales in Tanzania and Kenya.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and existing clients.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and stay updated with market trends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Willingness and readiness to relocate to Tanzania or Kenya.
• Possession of a valid Indian passport is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary package ranging from 350000 to 475000 INR per annum.
