Overview

The Vend Shop, Australia's exclusive distributor of the HAHA AI Smart Fridge range, is rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead equipment sales. Based in Silverwater, NSW, this full-time, on-site role offers the chance to manage sales of innovative smart fridges and vending machines with strong support from a national warehouse and a dedicated leadership team focused on growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales efforts for machinery, vehicles, vending equipment, commercial fridges, coffee machines, and other related products.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with full ownership and autonomy over your accounts.
• Identify and engage potential clients in sectors such as gyms, accommodation, and hospitality, applying keen customer insight to close deals effectively.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven background in equipment sales including machinery, vehicles, vending, fridges, or coffee machines.
• Demonstrated ability to open new opportunities and close sales within B2B markets.
• A hunter mentality with self-motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to read clients and negotiate successfully.
