Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting suitable insurance advisers and facilitating their smooth onboarding process.
- Generating new business opportunities by leveraging the adviser team.
- Leading and inspiring the team of advisers to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conducting regular training sessions and providing ongoing guidance and support to enhance adviser capabilities.
- Ensuring continuous business growth and steady adviser performance.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from 18,000 to 28,000 INR.
