Role Overview
The company is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join the sales team in Singapore. This position reports to the Country Lead and plays an important part in expanding the business by uncovering new opportunities and building strong partner relationships.
The role demands someone who can perform well in a demanding, fast-moving setting, stay composed under pressure, and remain adaptable, proactive, organised, and professional. A strong sense of confidentiality, plus solid communication and attention to detail, are also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
- Reach out to potential restaurant partners who can benefit from increased diners during off-peak hours.
- Build persuasive business proposals that clearly explain the value of partnering with Eatigo.
- Evaluate existing restaurant accounts and identify ways to create more value for them.
- Coordinate with the Senior Business Development Manager and Country Lead to develop and implement new growth strategies.
- Track both individual and team performance and take action to support continuous improvement.
- Help train and guide junior team members so they can perform at a higher level.
- Complete strict daily reporting tasks accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Background in sales or account management, with a strong interest in e-commerce and the food and beverage industry.
- Comfort using data and analytics to support customer conversations and decisions.
- Self-driven attitude with strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and support junior colleagues to deliver strong results.
- Strong attention to detail and the flexibility to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
