About the Role

Turner and Townsend Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in their Project Management Services specifically targeting the developer sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with a wide array of clients including real estate developers, investors, private equity firms, REITs, and institutional entities, across diverse project types such as residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and carry out strategic business development plans to expand Turner & Townsend's footprint in the developer segment.
  • Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective opportunities through market research, networking, client referrals, and alliances.
  • Engage closely with clients by building relationships with senior stakeholders like CXOs, Development Heads, Project Directors, Design Heads, and Procurement Leaders, aligning services with client objectives.
  • Lead client interactions including meetings, presentations, workshops, and business events to foster long-term collaborations and repeat engagements.
  • Assist in preparing and managing Expression of Interest submissions (EOIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), commercial proposals, and presentations, coordinating with internal project management and cost teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Continuously analyze the real estate market—tracking trends, funding activities, land deals, competitor moves, and developer expansion plans—to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, regularly updating pipeline status, pursuit progress, business metrics, and supporting revenue forecasting and planning processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines is required.
  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, key account management, or consulting services.
  • Preferred background includes work within project management, construction consulting, real estate advisory, engineering consultancy, architectural firms, or developer organizations.
