Business Development Executive (BDE)

Overview

Confidence Petroleum India Limited (CPIL), a prominent NSE-listed LPG energy provider with a wide network of bottling plants and dispensing stations across India, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive for their Packed Cylinder Division (PCD). This role is ideal for candidates aged between 30 and 40 years with a strong background in business development and excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably the local language.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly follow up with Ready to Convert (R2C) clients within 24 hours after initial webinars.
• Draft and send tailored proposal emails to prospective dealers to advance sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up interactions to monitor progress.
• Assist the Business Development Manager (BDM) in organizing district-specific secondary webinars.
• Ensure continuous nurturing of leads until they are handed over to the BDM for closure.

Qualifications and Experience

• MBA or PGDM preferred; graduates with relevant experience also considered.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in business development.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, with knowledge of the local language advantageous.
• Age between 30 and 40 years.
