About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Coordinator to facilitate growth and nurture client relationships within the insurance industry. This position involves actively identifying new business prospects and supporting sales activities to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Spotting and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Assisting with sales initiatives and client onboarding processes.
- Building and maintaining strong connections with clients, partners, and agents.
- Managing proposals, renewals, and all related business paperwork.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor movements.
- Working closely with internal teams to meet sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and networking capabilities.
- Background in B2B sales, business development, sales and marketing, or team leadership is preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and driven to achieve goals.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite and CRM software.
