About the Role
Sprinterra invites experienced Business Analysts to join a collaborative and skilled team supporting a fast-paced, long-term project for a prestigious New York City jewelry brand. The role centers on two integrated systems essential to the company's digital operations:
- An eCommerce platform that allows customers to browse, customize, and purchase jewelry.
- A bespoke ERP system used internally for managing inventory, client appointments, and relationships.
The project is continuously evolving with ongoing enhancements, redesigns, and integration between the platforms. This dynamic environment features shifting priorities, varied challenges, and the opportunity to work closely with the business owner, client stakeholders, developers, and QA professionals to analyze requirements and ensure effective, high-standard delivery.
