Business Analyst (Entry / Junior)

About the Role

We are seeking an inquisitive and analytical Business Analyst at the entry or junior level to act as a bridge between business requirements and practical solutions. This full-time position is based in Bahrain and offers an opportunity to contribute to business success by analyzing processes, uncovering improvement opportunities, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing current business processes to pinpoint enhancement areas.
• Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and insights for business decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-departmental teams to implement effective business solutions.
• Track project progress to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation including process workflows and functional specs.
• Participate in testing, validation, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis methodologies and process mapping techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization software is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• High organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
