Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Business Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI) domain. This role involves detailed gathering and documentation of business requirements related to reference data creation, enrichment, maintenance, governance, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in collecting and recording business requirements associated with reference data and data quality management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks.
• Manage relationships with various business units ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Address regulatory and compliance considerations affecting data governance and quality.

Qualifications and Other Details

• Educational background: B. Tech or MBA.
• Location: Jaipur, India, work from office with rotational work on first, third, and fifth Saturdays.
• Shift: General shifts.
• Employment Type: 1-year contract, with possible extension based on performance.
